Register via the Captyn Application

Put a MEMBERSHIP into your cart for each swimmer or player.
- Find your MEMBERSHIP(S)
- 2 Choices for each of these groups: 10U, 12U, 14U
- Choice # 1 is ONE TIME PAYMENT
- OR Choice #2 is PAYMENT PLAN (5 equal payments Sept 1, Oct 1, Nov 1, Dec 1, Jan 1)
- IF YOU PLAN TO SWIM AND PLAY POLO GO TO the WILDKIT SWIMMING page and sign up to swim and add in polo
- SWIMMING and WATER POLO: Registration Information
- IF YOU PLAN TO PLAY POLO ONLY select 10U, 12U, 14U
- Click on the Add Membership button
THEN Put a GROUP into your cart for each swimmer/player.
- Scroll past all the MEMBERSHIPS and find your GROUP
- 10U, 12U, 14U
- THEY ARE ALL ONE TIME PAYMENT
- Click on the Add Athlete button
Go to your Shopping Cart and Checkout
Goto the upper right and click on your shopping cart to checkout.
NOTES:
- You will be asked for Grade, Tshirt Size and Swimsuit size
- You will be asked for Medical Information
- Make sure you have a MEMBERSHIP and a GROUP in your cart for each swimmer
